R-System provides an institutional-grade quantitative trading terminal. Access is granted to authorized personnel only. The system is provided 'as is' for institutional risk assessment and execution management. No investment advice is provided. Users acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk of loss.

All data transmitted through R-System is encrypted using AES-256-GCM. API keys are stored in Cloudflare Workers Secrets, never exposed to client-side code. Connection logs are retained for 90 days for audit purposes. No personal trading data is shared with third parties.

R-System collects only essential operational data: connection timestamps, error logs, and system performance metrics. No financial personally identifiable information (PII) is stored. Users maintain full ownership of their trading data. Automated data purging occurs every 90 days.

R-System operates as a quantitative infrastructure provider. The platform enforces configurable risk limits and maintains a complete audit trail of all actions. Multi-agent quorum approval is required for critical operations. All trades are logged with cryptographic hashchain verification.
